Shipping & Returns


Pre-Sale Orders


When you purchase an item on pre-sale, we will ship the item(s) very close to the estimated shipping date. You will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing your order. Once your pre-sale item ships, you will receive another order confirmation via email. 
Please note that any regular item(s) in the SAME order as a pre-sale item(s) will be shipped to you with your pre-sale item(s) and not earlier.

Shipping


We ship all of our packages via Canada Post. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Should your shipment be delayed for any reason, we will notify you immediately. Orders are not delivered on Sunday or holidays. We do not provide tracking numbers for packages going outside of Canada. Once your package shipped, you will receive an email notification.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays by the postal service or customs, or lost or stolen packages.

Rates




We ship internationally! Shipments going anywhere outside of Canada and the United States will be considered International. If your shipping address is outside of Canada and USA, PayPal* will recognize this and automatically select International shipment for you in the checkout process.

* At this time, we accept only PayPal for payments. You can, however, check out without a PayPal account, and also have the option to pay with your credit card. This is the quickest, safest, and most secure method for our customers.


Taxes & Duties


All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns


We are only happy if you are happy. If you are, for any reason, unsatisfied with your order, and would like an exchange or refund, please contact support@shopbijous.com within five business days of receiving your package with your order ID # and reason for exchange/return. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund after it has been received by us.

    Please note:
    - Sale items and items purchased with a promotional code are final sale
    - Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging
    - We apologize, but the original shipping fees are non-refundable
    - Any shipping and handling charges associated with sending a package back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if it was our error and we sent you the wrong item(s) or if goods are damaged, then shipping is on us!
    - We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information, so we highly recommend tracking
